Kings, Kweens undefeated in soccer tournaments
The Hapnot Kings and Kweens both went undefeated in their respective soccer tournaments to bring home the first banners of the season. Both the Kings and Kweens travelled to Neepawa for a Sept. 12 tournament where they earned first place.

Power play key to home win
SJHL opening weekend is in the books as the Flin Flon Bombers earned three out of a possible four points against the Nipawin Hawks. Over 1,200 fans took in the home opener at the Whitney Forum on Friday, where the Bombers beat the Hawks 3-2.
