The Flin Flon Bombers are back to winning ways after beating Notre Dame 5-3 Saturday night. It was the Bomber power play that grabbed the spotlight, with each of Flin Flon's first three goals coming with the team a man up.

Volleyball teams in Flin Flon and Creighton have been quite busy. The school’s squads took part in five tournaments in the past two weeks, earning one podium finish.

For the first time in more than a year, the Flin Flon Bombers have lost to La Ronge. The Ice Wolves dealt Flin Flon their sixth-straight loss Friday night, ending the game 5-2.
