Health care officials on both sides of the border will cooperate to try and meet the demand for long-term care in the Flin Flon-Creighton region.

Niki Ashton won’t be supporting anyone in Flin Flon’s provincial NDP nomination race. The New Democrat MP for northern Manitoba tells The Reminder she does not endorse nomination candidates.

A crumbling physical foundation didn’t weaken the First Baptist Church congregation. In June of 2014, an inspection by the Office of the Fire Commissioner and the City of Flin Flon condemned the church building due to a weakened foundation.
