My name is Neal Andrusiak. I have been married to my wife Tracy for 22 years. We have three daughters. I work at Stittco Energy in Flin Flon. I have been on Creighton town council for the past four years.
What is the single biggest challenge facing Creighton and what would you do to address this challenge?
Try to secure a future for our community. Working together with Flin Flon and Denare Beach on economic development to see what is out there that we can bring to our area that will help us keep our community sustainable.
What is your long-term vision for Creighton?
I feel like I am repeating myself, but I believe that the future is economic development for our area. I would also like to see more housing and a facility that would benefit seniors and residents who require assisted living.
What do you believe makes you qualified to sit on council?
I am just finishing a term with the Town of Creighton. I feel I have gained the experience from this past term and feel that there is still a lot more to learn.
Since becoming more comfortable with my duties on council, I have been involved in some very positive decisions. I am dedicated to my community where my wife and I wish to continue to stay and raise our children. I have really enjoyed working with council and the staff, and would very much like to continue to serve my community and area.
