Things aren't looking too hot for the Bombers in The Reminder's simulation of the SJHL playoffs. Down 2-0 in the finals to Battlefords, the Bombers squandered an early lead to fall 6-3 to the Stars in Game 3.

One of the Bombers’ top players this season won’t be going to far away next year. Alec Malo will be heading down Highway 6 to play for the Univ. of Manitoba Bisons next year. Malo’s commitment to the Bisons’ squad was announced May 2 by the Bombers.

Late penalties doomed the Bombers in Game 2 of The Reminder's SJHL finals simulation, taking Flin Flon from a 3-2 lead with seconds to go to a 4-3 overtime loss. Flin Flon got off on the right track, opening the scoring against the Stars.

Game 1 of The Reminder's SJHL final simulation did not have the result the Bombers would have hoped for. Starting the series on enemy ice, the Battlefords North Stars stood tall for a 5-1 win.

Familiar foes will be facing off in The Reminder's simulation of the SJHL playoffs. The Flin Flon Bombers will move on to fight for a title against Battlefords after a Game 7 win against Melfort Wednesday night.

The Flin Flon Bombers are not out of the woods in The Reminder's simulation of the SJHL playoffs. While one spot in the SJHL final is now filled, the Bombers will be going to a Game 7 with Melfort.

Saturday night is hockey night - well, video game simulation hockey night, anyway.

One of Hapnot Collegiate’s top basketball players has been named to a provincial all-star team. Meadow Taylor, a Grade 12 wing for the senior Kweens, was one of 33 players named to the provincial A-AAA all-star team for graduating female players.
