The SJHL has released a regular season schedule, pitting teams against one another over a slightly abbreviated 50-game season.
The league announced the schedule's release Oct. 27. The season will get underway Nov. 6, with 10 of the league's 12 teams in action. The schedule will often, but not entirely, consist of weekend home-and-home series.
Over the course of the season, the Bombers will play at least two games against all 11 other SJHL clubs. The season will start with a home-and-home against the Melfort Mustangs, beginning in Melfort Nov. 6 and playing at the Whitney Forum Nov. 7. The Bombers will then host the Kindersley Klippers for a pair of home games Nov. 13-14, before hitting the road for a pair of games against the Battlefords North Stars Nov. 20-21.
Each SJHL team will play 25 games at home and 25 games on the road. The Bombers will play the most against La Ronge - the two teams will play each other 10 times, while Flin Flon will faces Nipawin and Melfort eight times each. The Bombers will play Kindersley and Battlefords six times and play two games each against Humboldt, Estevan, Melville, Notre Dame, Weyburn and Yorkton - one at home, one on the road.
Rules and restrictions for fans, volunteers and other game attendees are not yet known.
