Embracing diversity is central to growth, so each one should immediately put pen to paper, fingertip to keyboard, to offer one idea for betterment. I can think of 20-plus grassroots projects fostering harmony and investment. People having a desire to share their experiences and those interested in learning are what make a community, and we have no worries there. So, as opinion donor #3, I politely suggest each one smile more and worry less.
