Denny Hyndman Great news like science and logic predicted! We were always informed of noxious smelter emissions via radio when it was in operation, locals remember. The media move and shake the world, and it's particularly easy to instigate fear when children are in the mix. This study produced an effective education campaign and has assuaged some fears. Since good people devote skill to Hudbay, it's not surprising that our main industry chose to give back with funding this independent study, and I look forward to reading THAT good news in the national media. Let's invite some smog-choked southern reporters up for some fishing this summer.
