Ken Mansell I don't like the continual downsizing of our main industry. We need a population that will support the amenities a city with 15,000 can; 5,000 (or less) won't retain the services of the past. Taxes and goods like gasoline, airfare and food are escalating faster than fixed-income residents can afford. Other least-favorite things include relatively high amounts of vandalism, mischief and of course serious crime incidents. Favorite things have to be the caring people who give time and money to help others. No community is better at that than Flin Flon and our neighbours. The arena, pool, Community Hall, library and walking trails and parks are reasons to appreciate Flin Flon. Our schools are among the best in Manitoba.
