I am on the road again. Every summer I travel throughout the riding to visit. It is a great opportunity to hear directly from people about their concerns. I believe it is vital to keep in touch in between elections.
In recent weeks I have visited Cross Lake, Norway House, Sagkeeng, Hollow Water, Bissett, Seymourville, Manigotagan, Easterville, Grand Rapids, Nelson House, The Pas, OCN, Cranberry Portage and Flin Flon.
I have heard concerns about housing, postal service, infrastructure, child care, health care, jobs, recreation programs, Employment Insurance and pensions.
I believe it is important to speak out for our region. That is why I will be raising these issues in Parliament.
