Dear Editor,
At this time of the year it is important to remember that pets are in danger from Christmas ornaments, especially tinsel.
Wild animals and birds are at risk as well. So please remove all decorations and tinsel before throwing out your tree.
Let us all – two-legged and four-legged – have a Merry Christmas.
