As the spring season starts, I would like to express my disgust over dogs and dog owners who walk them and they do their jobs anywhere. It seems that all winter they walk them on sidewalks or down back lanes. They never clean up after pets. I have talked to the Mayor and he said you have to give names. I did, and it never helped. He says there is a fine for this. Well, maybe it's time to enforce it. They do in other cities and countries. So let's get on this as it is very bad when you hate to go on walks because you can't stand the smell and you must watch where you step. Would someone please do something to correct this.
