To Whom It May Concern: Our cat, Timmy, was run over on Tweedsmuir Street on Monday, October 20. Our two small children, aged 4 and 7, were the ones who found our pet. Motorists driving on Tweedsmuir should be more cautious, as small children frequently play on or near the street. -The Richards
