Dear Mr. Editor: Thank you for allowing me space in your paper. In December SaskTel announced they would be giving a rebate of $136 to all their customers. They did not rebate any accounts to people with Manitoba mailing addresses. To receive a rebate you can phone 1-866-366-6611 and they will mail you an application form. - SaskTel Customer
