Denny Hyndman We are friendly and I think most visitors enjoy our community, but I have met some people who say they have felt excluded and unwelcome. There has always been a demographic hidden, I'm told, since the '60s or earlier of seriously impacted people. This is the elephant. We have reservation communities surrounding us, are those community members excluded from the nationwide claims of horrific abuses? People need help, healing and understanding. I'm grateful Flin Flon is changing from when I was a girl, and people are sharing stories. I love Grandmother's councils, healing circles, neighbourhood clan patrols; people here are working hard for change.
