Saskatchewan RCMP are looking for a missing man who may be around the Sandy Bay area.

Family last saw Patrick Gerein, a 54-year-old man, in Kelvington, Sask. on Sept. 27. An RCMP news release stated Gerein was on his way to Vibank, Sask, but has not been heard from or seen since Sept. 27.

Gerein is described as an avid outdoorsman who has spent time in northern Saskatchewan around Sandy Bay. He is also known to frequent the Melfort and Prince Albert areas. He also has family in the Vibank area.

Gerein is around six feet tall and 180 pounds with an average build, dark brown hair with a bald spot, brown eyes and a goatee. He was last seen with a black fleece jacket, a long sleeved camouflage shirt and grey hiking pants.

Gerein is known to drive a 2007 Chevrolet Silverado extended cab truck, grey in colour, with the Saskatchewan license plate 655 HNF.
