Former Flin Flonner Shawn Norman is missing

A man with Flin Flon ties is being sought after going missing in northern Saskatchewan earlier this week. Shawn Michael Norman was reported missing by his family on June 28.

A man with Flin Flon ties is being sought after going missing in northern Saskatchewan earlier this week.

Shawn Michael Norman was reported missing by his family on June 28. He was expected to arrive in English River First Nation on June 27 but failed to do so.

Norman was last seen at approximately 10 pm on Monday, June 27. He was north of La Plonge First Nation, walking on Hwy 918 toward English River First Nation.

Norman is described as an aboriginal male in his late 20s, approximately 6 ft tall and 180 lbs. He has black hair, brown eyes and was last seen wearing a black t-shirt, blue jeans and a black hat. He is a former Flin Flon resident.

Police said he was believed to be living in Saskatoon at the time of his dissappearance.

Anyone with information on Norman’s whereabouts is asked to contact Beauval RCMP at 306-288-6400 or their nearest RCMP detachment.
