A summary of police calls from Nov. 24-Nov. 30, as submitted by Flin Flon RCMP:

Nov. 24

Report of an attempted break and enter to a residence. Police attended and the subjects of complaint had departed the scene.

Report of an unknown person banging on the door of a residence and then leaving. Police could not locate the knock-knock gingerer.     

Report of hotel patrons fighting in the hallway. Police attended and the combatants had separated and went into their own rooms.       

Report of a disturbance in a residence. Police attended and found the original problem had left - however, another took their place. The residents agreed to go to bed and get along.

Report of an abandoned vehicle on the street. Police attended and determined the vehicle was not stolen, therefore it was towed away.

Report of an apparent attempted break and enter to a residence.

Report of an assault with a weapon to wit: deer antler. Two females were arrested and released on a future court date.

Report of a fight in a residence. Police attended and arrested a youth mid   fight. The youth was lodged for the evening.

Nov. 25

Report of a dispute between a couple where one of the parties did not want the other in their residence. Police attended but learned the subject of complaint had found shelter for the night elsewhere.

While on patrol, police located a vehicle driving erratically. The vehicle was pulled over and the driver was found to be impaired by alcohol. The driver was arrested and later released, to be charged with impaired operation of a conveyance.

Report of intoxicated person in a residence trying to leave however the homeowner felt they were too intoxicated to care for themselves. Another person in the residence later called stating the subject of complaint had now gone to bed.

Report of person in medical distress. Police and ambulance attended and   transported the person to the hospital.

Report of an intoxicated person laying on the ground while another intoxicated person tried to help them up.

Report of a kitchen fire caused by a person using too much oil to make their culinary delight
Report of an intoxicated person at a local hostel falling over. Police attended and brought the tipsy person to cells.

Report of roommate about to engage in a fight. Police attended and the roommates were separated.

 

Nov. 26           

Report of intoxicated person leaving a local bar and checking vehicle doors. The patron left once they knew police were called.

Report of a fight in progress. Police attended and spoke to two possible participants - however, they did not cooperate with the investigation.

Report of a person knocking on a door of a residence requesting an item back from the homeowner. The homeowner didn’t take very kindly to this, so police were called.     

Nov. 27

False alarm to a residence.

Third party complaint of a possible assault. The apparent victim did not want to cooperate with the investigation.

Police requested to conduct a well-being check on a person. The person was checked and was well.

Report of passed out person near a local bar. Police attended and located the person as described. The person was arrested and lodged.

Report of an unwanted person in a residence however when police called the      complainant back there was no longer a problem.

Nov. 28

Report of intoxicated adult in a residence bothering the other adults and needing to be removed. Police attended and arrested and lodged the rowdy person.

Report of shoplifting from a local store.

Report of a broken window at a local business.

Report of intoxicated person in a residence smashing things in the residence. Police attended and arrested and lodged the problem child          .

911 hang up call to a residence. Police attended and spoke to the homeowner who           advised that everything was now fine.
Report of a person in a residence scaring children. Police attended and the children seemed in good spirits.

Report of a dispute in a residence. Police attended however between the caller and the subject of complaint neither could tell police what exactly the problem was.

 

Nov. 29

Report of a break and enter to a residence where a television was stolen.            

Report of a person expressing ideations of self-harm. The person was located and          taken to hospital for a mental health assessment.

Report of a person having a party in their relative’s residence while they were away from town.

Report of a vehicle almost hitting a pedestrian.

Report of a quarrel between two quarrellers.           

Report of a passed out person in the lobby of a business. Police attended and arrested and lodged the subject of complaint.

Report of person at the hospital medically cleared but too intoxicated to care for themselves. Police drove the person to a sober relative.

Nov. 30           

Report of an unwanted person near a residence they were not welcome at.

Report of an intoxicated person at the hospital medically cleared but too intoxicated to care for themselves. Police drove the person to a sober friend’s house.

Report of a group of people near an entry trying to be locksmiths. The group retreated prior to police arrival.

Report of a person who had not been seen since the early morning hours. The person later returned home that afternoon.

Report of a dispute in a residence between intoxicated people. The subject of complaint left but not before telling everyone he thought they were number one using his finger.

Report of threats uttered due to a restaurant order not being correct.
