Saturday night's game in Kindersley didn't quite go the way the Bombers planned.

Flin Flon suffered a 6-1 loss to the Klippers, one night after a lopsided win against rivals La Ronge.

The Klippers owned the scoreboard over the first two periods. Caden Benson, Nate Keeley, Cameron Shorrock and Tyler Traptow each scored on Bomber netminder Pierce Diamond, chasing him from the net in the second. Blake Kleiner continued the barrage, beating replacement Jacob Delorme.

Caleb Moretz stopped the bleeding for a short time with a third period goal for the Bombers, but Keeley added a late third period goal to seal the deal.

Justen Close made 22 saves in a quiet night in the Klippers' crease.

The Bombers will face the Klippers again Sunday night in their final game before the holiday break.
