This year’s championships will take place in Sweden.

Four other games will take place on Thursday; Russia vs Norway, USA vs Czech Republic, and Sweden vs Switzerland.
Canada will match up against the Czech on Saturday for their second game in the Preliminary action.
The game is scheduled to be aired at 11:30 a.m.
Canada’s third Preliminary game will be against Slovakia – also aired at 11:30 a.m.
An interesting game to watch will be the NYE contest.
Canada and the USA will face-off in the fourth round of Preliminary games.
It’s another 11:30 a.m. viewing, so there will be plenty of time to celebrate into the day and night.
