The Bombers will be in Nipawin tonight to avenge their 4-1 loss on Tuesday. After a good first period, the Bombers sat back for the second period and let the Hawks take control. It is always hard to take points out of Nipawin, and if the Bombers want to pick up their first road win of the season before Christmas, they are going to have to find a way to motivate themselves for a full 60 minutes. The Bombers haven't won a game on the road in 14 tries so far this season, with 10 losses and four ties. On Saturday night, the Bombers will be in Melfort for what could easily be the most important game of the season. The Bombers trail the Mustangs by 12 points for the final playoff spot in the ITECH Conference. If they can't get motivated to play this game, the rest of the season won't mean much. The Mustangs have also been struggling lately, but you can bet that they will be fired up when the Bombers roll into town. Of the 21 games left in the season for Flin Flon, only seven are home dates. If the Bombers want to turn the season around, they will have to learn how to win on the road, and wins in Nipawin and Melfort would go a long way to setting up a win streak when games resume in January.
