After the huge success of the Jail N' Bail fundraiser held last week, the Flin Flon Bombers have decided to give something back as a way to say thank you to their fans. The team raised over $4,000 from the event, which will be used to purchase team jackets and track pants for the players. People who donated $10 were elilible to receive a ticket to the game that weekend. Because the event was such an overwhelming success, the team has decided to extend their invitation to a free game to all of the elementary kids in the area. "Due to the tremendous response that we had, we are handing out tickets to all elementary kids, grades K-8 in the four local schools, as well as Cranberry Portage," said Tickets for Kids chair Dan Reagan. Kids in Parkdale, McIsaac, Ruth Betts, Creighton and Cranberry Portage elementary schools will receive a complimentary ticket to the game this Friday between the Flin Flon Bombers and Estevan Briuns.
