The SJHL has officially divided into three conferences for the 2013-14 season. The Flin Flon Bombers find themselves in the Sherwood Division alongside the La Ronge Ice Wolves, Melfort Mustangs, and Nipawin Hawks. The Kramer Division is made up of the Humboldt Broncos, Kindersley Klippers, Battlefords North Stars, and the Notre Dame Hounds. The remaining teams _ the Estevan Bruins, Melville Millionaires, Weyburn Red Wings, and Yorkton Terriers _ complete the league in the Viterra Division. After the season openers this weekend the La Ronge Ice Wolves lead their conferences with four points as the Broncos and Klippers are tied with four points for lead of the Kramer Divisionand the league. The Bruins held on to the top spot in the Viterra Division with three points. The Bombers were tied for second with the Mustangs as they split a pair of games over the weekend in the Sherwood Division.
