There will be a game seven in the SJHL Sherwood Conference Final, as the Yorkton Terriers pounded the Estevan Bruins 6-1 on Monday. Barry Sparvier snapped out of his scoring slump with two goals, his first of the series. Justin Menke also had a pair, while Perry Faul and Josh Garbutt had singles. Cole Pearson scored the lone goal for the Bruins. Kevin Dziaduck made 39 saves for the Terriers in arguably his best start of the series, as Estevan out shot Yorkton 40-36. Juliano Pagliero was removed from the Estevan net after allowing three goals in a span of 15:53 during the first period. Stefan Koo allowed one goal on three shots in relief, before Pagliero took his place back in the net to start the second period. He would finish the night with five goals against on 33 shots. The Terriers scored one power play goal on five chances, while the Bruins failed to score on seven advantages. The home team has won every game so far this series. Nearly 2,200 fans took in game six in Yorkton. Game seven will be played tonight in Estevan. Game seven of the ITECH Conference Final was played last night in Yorkton.
