Only a few days into the 2008 Power Smart Manitoba Summer Games and the Nor-Man team has earned themselves 10 medals, as of Friday. With the triathlons, table tennis and basketball under their belts, the team looked on to the sailors, swimmers and soccer players in hopes of more medals. As of press time Friday the team had won the following medals: Gold Table Tennis - Singles - 15 and under Triathlon - Female 11 - Individual Triathlon - Female 14 -15 - Individual Triathlon - Open relay Track and Field - Male bantam - Standing long jump Silver Triathlon - Female 11 - Individual Triathlon - Male 12-13 - Individual Track and Field - Female peewee - Ball throw Bronze Basketball - Male - 15 and under Golf - Male - 17-18 See WednesdayÕs paper for further results.
