The Flin Flon Bombers will be without their leading scorer Andrew Skrabek for the next two games. The Bomber centreman has been suspended by the league for two games for being deemed a security risk which occurred on December 14 against the Melfort Mustangs. He will sit out the games of December 19 and 20. He will return to the Bomber lineup after Christmas for the game on January 2 in Nipawin. In that same game, left winger Craig Parks, formerly of the Flin Flon Bombers, received a Match Penalty for cross checking. Parks would have received a three game suspension, but was traded to the Camrose Kodiaks in the Alberta Junior Hockey League earlier this week. He will likely have to serve the games in Camrose before joining their lineup. Coach Larry Wintoneak of the La Ronge Ice Wolves has been fined the sum of $100 for receiving his second Misconduct type penalty of the season. This occurred in the game on December 12 against Melville. Centreman Arlen Marshall of the Humboldt Broncos has been suspended for three games as a result of accumulation of misconduct penalties. He will have sat out the game of December 9, 2003 and will sit out the games of December 17 and 21. Peter McDougall of the Weyburn Red Wings has been suspended for two games as a result of receiving a Major Checking from Behind penalty causing injury on December 14 against the Nipawin Hawks. He will sit out the games of December 19 and January 1.
