Many of the Flin Flon Skating Club skaters attended summer at various clubs. Dayle Nivon attended in Winnipeg and passed her preliminary skating skills. Rikki Crone and Hanna Hvidsten were in Brandon. Six others were off to Saskatoon for part of the summer. Robin Munro and Tannis Baribeau (both passed their Canasta); Kara Rutley (passed her European and Keats Foxtrot); Shilo Baribeau (passed her Ten Fox and Fourteenstep); Mikayla Gawiak (passed her Keats Foxtrot); Amanda Hill (passed her Westminister and Argentine Tango).
