Forty-seven seniors turned out for golf on a lovely sunny morning last Wednesday. Top foursome for the day, Jack Larsson, Stan Curtis, Mel Broughand Ron Watt. Second, Bev Baker, Bryan Dixon, Ron Atkinson and Bruce Reid. Third, Ron Bailey, Dan Hamilton, Alex Lekopoy and Garnet Wheeler. Fourth, Metro Lekopoy, Grant Adams and Cam McLean. Fifth, Bob McKay, Ted Baumgartner, Hugh Meikle and Dennis Anderson. Sixth, Hugh Howat, Don McElroy, Lyle Pollmeier and Ron Thorley. Seventh, Gord Brown, Waly Ariko and Tom Ianone. Low gross for the day was Metro Lekopoy with a 39. Geo Komanac won the loonie pot on #6 and Bev Baker sank a 39 foot putt on #8. Our next scramble will be on Wednesday August 16th.
