The Sport Medicine and Science Council of Saskatchewan will be hosting a sport taping workshop in Creighton at the Sportex Lounge on Saturday, November 20 from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Participants will learn the objectives of taping, injury recognition and management, taping considerations, taping techniques for the foot and ankle, hand and wrist, muscles and tendons and the elbow, as well as tensoring.
