Kelly Carrington Staff Writer The Flin Flon Skate Park committee will be holding a meeting tomorrow to see where the progress of the proposed park stands. If no support is shown, the committee will disband and there will be no skate park in Flin Flon. For those hoping to see the project continue, attend the meeting on Thursday at the United Minster Church on Bracken Street at 7 p.m. As well, the skate park is still in the running for the Aviva Community Fund project. Visit www.avivacommunityfund.org/ideas/acf7605 to vote for Flin Flon. This round of voting continues until tomorrow. The committee's last meeting only showed interest from two members of the community and two advisors. It was decided at the last meeting that if no support is shown at this meeting, on Thursday, the project will be done. The proposed Flin Flon Skate Park, which will be open to those on skateboards, bikes, roller blades and scooters, comes with an estimated cost of $300,000.
