The Yorkton Terriers have been the hottest team in the Sherwood Conference lately, winners of six of their last 10 games. They have only lost twice in that span, with their most recent win coming over the Conference leading Estevan Bruins by a score of 4-3 on Wednesday night. Lance Herauf led the way with a pair of goals. Justin Menke and Scott Sinclair scored the singles for the Terriers, while Lorne Tytlansvik had a pair for the Bruins and Patrick McGillicky added a single. The Melville Millionaires were looking to pull into a tie with the Weyburn Red Wings for the last playoff position in the Sherwood Conference, but the Notre Dame Hounds had other plans. Notre Dame's Brandon Blair scored with 26 seconds left to give the Hounds a 3-2 win over the Millionaires. Bryce Macek and Kyle Lundale scored the other Hounds goals, while Josh Bray and Scott Klein had the goals for the Mills.
