The playing rights of 6'2, 205 lb centreman Dylan Dufour (04/12/83 Ð Rocanville, SK) and a list player have been transferred from the Estevan Bruins to the Battlefords' North Stars in exchange for the playing rights of 6'1, 185 lb centreman Eric Schwabe (09/29/84 Ð Moose Jaw, SK) and a list player. Dylan Dufour has played in 23 games this season and has accumulated 10 goals and 10 assists for 20 goals and 42 penalty minutes. Eric Schwabe has played in 15 games this season with six goals and eight assists for 14 points and 20 penalty minutes. The playing rights of 5'11, 197 lb centreman Kris Kasper (10/10/83 Ð Gibbons, AB) have been transferred from the Humboldt Broncos to the Fort McMurray Oil Barrons of the AJHL in exchange for 6'1, 195 lb defenceman Paul McBrien (03/02/83 Ð Okotoks, AB). Kris Kasper has played in 23 games this season with 17 goals and 15 assists for 32 points and 114 penalty minutes. Paul McBrien has played in 18 games this season and accumulated two goals and six assists for eight points and 141 penalty minutes. The Kindersley Klippers have acquired 19 year-old forward Eric Schwabe from the Estevan Bruins for future considerations. Schwabe has six goals and eight assists in 17-games this season split between the Bruins and Battlefords North Stars. The Weyburn Red Wings have traded forward Justin Magnuson to the Dauphin Kings for future considerations. Magnuson, an 18 year-old, has one goal and five assists in 18 games with the Wings. The Kindersley Klippers send Dallas Cairns to the Swan Valley Stampeders and future considerations to the OCN Blizzard for Taylor Emmerson. Cairns has scored five goals and eight assists in 29 games for the Klippers in what is his 20 year-old season. Emmerson is expected to lend toughness to the defense corps for Kindersley. He has two goals and three assists as well as 66 penalty minutes in 15 games with the Blizzard. The La Ronge Ice Wolves have added Kris McCarthy to their roster from the Saskatoon Blazers 'AAA' Midget program. McCarthy has six goals and fiveassists in 18 games with the Blazers.
