Kelly Carrington Staff Writer The Flin Flon Atom A Bombers are shoveling driveways, decks and walkways to help raise money for a trip to Provincials. In an effort to increase their bank account, the team is shoveling snow in exchange for donations. The money raised will help the Atom A team with their bus expenses from Flin Flon to Portage La Prairie in the 2011 portion of the hockey season. The young players came up with the idea themselves. The team agreed it was a great way to raise money Ð and to give something back to those who make donations. The 10-year-olds are looking for more driveways to clear.
