It was a great day for the 48 seniors who turned out for our Wednesday scramble. Top foursome, Jack Larsson, Dick Berthiaume, Bruce Reid and George Fontaine. Secon were, Doug Anderson, Hugh Howat, Brian Dixon and Glen Smith. Third were, Ken Allen, Merle Sproxton, Bob Quinn and Ted Baumgartner. Fourth were, Bert Graves, Ron Atkinson, Kirk Huntley and Cam Wilson. Fifth were, Don McElroy, Brian Bortis, Tom Ianone and Tom Benson. Sixth group, Doug Ormiston, Garnet Wheeler, B Corden and Grant Adams. Seventh group, Gil Labarre, Al Bhatt, Al Brown and Ron Thorley. Low gross winner were Tom Ianone and Hugh Howat. Bob Quinn won the loonie pot on #6 and Red Nelson made the longest putt on #8. Our next senior scramble will be on Wednesday, Sept. 6. First group off #1 tee at 8 a.m.
