Forty-four seniors turned out on Wednesday, July 27, for our weekly scramble. A good day for Lee Fisher who again won low gross honours with a 38. C. Crocker won the low net with a net 29. The loonie pot on #6 was won by Alex Lekopoy and Hugh Howat had the longest putt on #8 at 16'. Top foursome was Ted Steventon, Grant Adams, Tom Ianone and Lee Fisher. Second was Hugh Howat, Metro Lekopoy, Gil Labarre and Gord Redahl. Third was Ron Watt, Ken MaKay, Doug Ormiston and Dan Hamiton. Fourth was Alex Graham, Dave Negrych, Ted Baumgartner and Jack Larsson. Fifth was Red Nelson, Gerry Fladager, Gerry Nomeland and Paul Warga. Sixth was C. Crocker, Alex Lekopoy, Ron Weibe and Bev Baker. Seventh was Bryan Dixon, Al Brown, Stan Curtis and George Komanac. Another reminderÊthat the Seniors Annual Golf Tournament is on Sunday, August 14.
