Creighton Community School Advisory Council and the Rotary Club of Flin Flon are sponsoring a snowmobile safety course on the weekend of March 19 and 20. The Rotary Club of Flin Flon is generously paying for this course as part of their commitment to youth in our communities. Saturday, March 19, will be a day-long course for adults who wish to become certified snowmobile instructors. The course will be open to Manitoba and Saskatchewan residents who are willing to become certified and willing to teach the course for our youth. Sunday, March 20, will be for the youth born in or after 1989. Families are encouraged to take the class together. Saskatchewan law states that anyone born in or after 1989 is required to take this course if they are operating a snow machine on public land.
