Runners started the morning off with a bang at the J’aime Courir fun run, which began at École McIsaac School last Saturday, June 11. Eighty-nine locals took part in the inaugural event, which included 10k, 5k and 1k options for runners and walkers. Isaac Dufour-Jarvis was first in the 5k race with a time of 25:06; Randall Krahn won the 10k with a time of 54:43. The 1k event was untimed.
