Flin Flon Thursday, Oct. 5 is the first anniversary of Manitoba In Motion. To celebrate, the Community In Motion Committee is inviting all community members to get "in motion" for 30 minutes. There will be a Poker Rally Walk Thursday, Oct. 5, 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. There is no cost for the walk. Register and start your walk at the Flin Flon Community Hall Main Entrance. Come out and get in motion! This walk, to various locations in the uptown area, gives you the opportunity to build the best poker hand and increases your chance to win a prize. For more information call Aimee at 681-7542. Come out and join in the fun of Halloween Alley on Tuesday, Oct. 31 from 3:30 - 6:30 p.m. at the Flin Flon Community Hall Auditorium. Kids ages two to 11 welcome. There will be a haunted house, games, movies, fun and treats. Volunteers are needed. Please call the Rec. Office at 681-7542 and for admission cost.
