Flin Flon The Flin Flon Skating Club is hosting a "Chill Out" youth dance at the Legion on Friday, Nov. 18 The dance will start at 7 p.m. and end at 11 p.m. This will be for kids in Grades four to eight and there will be a concession, prizes, and of course, lots of fun. Denare Beach The Denareplex is having kids crafts on Nov.17 and 22 from 4 to 6 p.m. and Taekwondo at 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. This will take place again on Nov. 21 There is a youth drop-in from 4 to 10 p.m. On Sunday, Nov.20 there is a Family Fun skate at the Sportex from 3:30 to 5 p.m. The Fowl supper takes place at 5 p.m. The week of of Nov. 20 to 26 is National Addictions Week. Saskatchewan Winter Games Hockey tryouts for the male and female teams will be taking place on Dec. 2 to 4 Females will be battling it out at the Mel Hegland Uniplex in LaRonge, while the males is at Buffalo Narrows Arena. Presently, there are 26 males and 15 females from Creighton attending. The Saskatchewan Winter games will be taking place in Melfort, from February 12 to 18.
