Camp Whitney You're invited! Enjoy it for the memories! Enjoy it for the first time! Camp Whitney Family Day is on Saturday, July 8 from 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if raining, family day will go ahead Sunday, July 9 at the same time). Complimentary hot dogs, refreshments, ice cream, games and activities, guided tours, and a whole lot more!! Transportation will be provided if own is not available. Departing from the Government Dock at 1:00 p.m., 2:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. In Motion Tip from the Let's Get Active magazine for youth. If you are already active, maybe you could do more. Think about it. Health professionals are recommending that all youth should increase their physical activity levels by at least 30 minutes a day to start and up to at least 90 minutes a day over a five-month period. If you are pretty active already, consider helping one of your friends or family to get started. By showing them, you will become more active yourself. If you are not active now, start slowly and choose things that you like to do or that you think would be fun.
