The Bombers hit the ice tonight in the Whitney Forum to start off the 2008 part of their season as they challenge the Humboldt Broncos. Tomorrow night has the team facing off against the Notre Dame Hounds on home ice. The Town of Creighton will be having a sledding party at the Ski Lodge from 1-3 as well as a fun skate at the Creighton Sportex from 1-3 today. Tomorrow the Town will be showing a movie in Creighton Community School from 2-4. A midget tournament will be hitting the ice today and continuing on until Sunday at the Whitney Forum. And itÕs a busy week for the Bombers as they have three road games in three days. Friday night has the team in Melville, Saturday has them in Yorkton and then they travel to Humboldt on Sunday. Tuesday, Janaury 15, has the La Ronge Ice Wolves hitting the ice at the Whitney as they challenge the Bombers. The Maroon and white have a couple days off before the Broncos come to Flin Flon on Friday for another match up. And the All-star game will be played in Yorkton on January 20 this year as Flin Flon's Pierre-Luc Boucher, Reid MacLeod, Myles Masse and Dennis Kubat will be playing for the Itech team.
