The Flin Flon Bombers will be holding a camp in Saskatoon this weekend for 85 of their top prospects. "We've got a really good turnout of local kids," said coach and general manager Ryan Hoffman, "as well as some top prospects from southern Manitoba and Saskatchewan, and a pretty nice chunk of guys from Alberta, too. We're happy with the way things look on paper, and we'll get a good look at everybody this weekend." Hoffman and the scouting staff have been busy over the last two months watching a lot of Midget 'AAA' playoff games, trying to get an early look at as many players as possible. "Once our season ended, I really hit the road to get out and see as many guys as I could," said Hoffman. "This will be a good chance to see some of the guys our scouts saw in Alberta, that I didn't get a chance to look at this year." The camp will run for three days this weekend, and some of the top players will be invited back to main camp in the fall.
