Player of the Week Liam Brennan, La Ronge Ice Wolves 1989 F Liam Brennan (Lumsden SK) produced 10 points in six games since the Christmas Break, including a torrid pace of two goals and six assists in four games since joining the La Ronge Ice Wolves from the Estevan Bruins. Brennan, who adds valuable face off skills and a great reach to his repertoire, has 15 goals and 22 assists in 45 games this year. Defenseman of the Week Dustin Stevenson, La Ronge Ice Wolves 1989 D Dustin Stevenson (Gull Lake SK) continues to enjoy an excellent season in all areas of the game. Stevenson had three points in five games since the Christmas Break, and also helped the Ice Wolves with his strong positional play as well as his toughness. Goaltender of the Week Josh Thorimbert, Kindersley Klippers 1992 G Josh Thorimbert (Saskatoon SK) stopped 50-of-52 shots in two starts following the Christmas Break, going 1-0-0-and-1. He posted a 0.96-GAA and a .962-SPCT. The rookie workhorse is now 17-8-1-and-2, 2.70, .915. Runners-up: AJ Whiffen, Weyburn; Russell Abbott, Notre Dame; Joel Danyluk, La Ronge.
