Teams from Thompson, OCN, The Pas, Swan River, Gillam and Flin Flon competed this past weekend for the PeeWee A and AA titles. Coming together for a fun tournament, the teams started games Friday and continued with the finals on Sunday. In the A pool, Flin Flon played with Gillam, The Pas, OCN, Thompson and Swan River. Sunday saw Gillam and The Pas compete for the Subway Cup Ð leaving Gillam the winners while OCN and Thompson competed for the consolation prize, with OCN on top. Swan River and Flin Flon competed for the 5th place title, leaving Swan River the winners. For the AA pool, it was Thompson, Flin Flon, Swan River and Thompson. The Feszczyn Cup went to Thompson with a win over Flin Flon while The Pas took home the consolation prize with a win over Swan River.
