Kelly Carrington Staff Writer The Battlefords North Stars and Humboldt Broncos will compete for the Bauer Conference title. The Broncos swept the La Ronge Ice Wolves 4-0 in their series, but it went to overtime in the seventh game for the North Stars and Nipawin Hawks The 2-1 victory over Nipawin sent the North Stars to the conference final. In the Sherwood Conference, the Weyburn Red Wings will take on the Melville Millionaires. The Red Wings defeated the Estevan Bruins 4-0 while the Millionaires cashed out on the Yorkton Terriers 4-1. The winner of each series will compete against each other for the Canalta Cup. The winner of the Cup will take on the winner of the MJHL for the Anavet Cup.
