Cory Thomas, the towering 6-ft 5-in Flin Flon Bombers blueliner, leapt off the ice to catch a wayward puck during his team’s 8-2 over the Humboldt Broncos at the Whitney Forum earlier this month. The Bombers host the Notre Dame Hounds tomorrow, Saturday, at the Whitney. It’s one of four Bomber home games, and seven games overall, remaining in the regular season.
