With over 400 kids in the league this season, the Phantom Lake Soccer Club got things started this week with games beginning on Monday. Division 2 had their first games on Tuesday evening on the field at Creighton Community School. The division coordinator, Tyler Kittle, says the turnout for kids this year is fairly typical. ÒItÕs been pretty steady and growing all the time,Ó says Kittle, who has been involved with the soccer club for the past five years. ÒMy kids really enjoy it and I enjoy it,Ó says the organizer. The Soccer Club, which has an age range from five to 18, has a lot of younger players learning the game. The soccer players come from Flin Flon, Creighton and Denare Beach.
