Donovan Hall is officially a Flin Flon Bomber, as the team's newest player arrived in town yesterday afternoon. After taking the weekend to contemplate the trade from the La Ronge Ice Wolves to the Flin Flon Bombers, Hall has decided to give Flin Flon a shot. "Donovan took the weekend to reconsider, and decided he just wanted to get back on the ice," said head coach Ryan Hoffman. "He was in La Ronge three and a half years, through all the tough times. Obviously, it's disappointing to be traded when they are on the way up." Regardless, he is in Flin Flon now and ready to help out his new team. Hall will be practicing with the team for the rest of the week and will be in the lineup on Friday, when the Bombers take on the Battlefords North Stars. "Obviously this is a huge weekend for us," said Hoffman. "We're chasing the Stars, and this home stand is an opportunity to make up some ground. We're looking for nothing less than a sweep this weekend." In other Bomber news, Jimo King has been released to the Sieux Indians in the North American Hockey League, after asking to be moved to a team a little closer to home.
