Flin Flon Minor Hockey will begin the AA tryouts on Monday, September 18 through Tuesday, September 26. The starting date for each division is as follows: Atom AA - Tuesday, September 19 at 5:15 p.m. Pee Wee AA - Monday, September 18 at 6:00 p.m. Bantam AA - Monday, September 18 at 7:20 p.m. Midget AA - Monday, September 18 at 8:45 p.m. The schedule for the remaining tryouts is posted at the Whitney Forum. All tryouts will be held at the Whitney Forum. The following coaches have been selected for the upcoming season: Atom AA - Darren Mansell; Pee Wee AA - Dwight Stallard; Bantam AA - Trent Boak; Midget AA - Devon Pfoh. All players must be registered before tryouts. The final registration will be held on Saturday, September 16 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. in the lobby of the Whitney Forum. The "A" tryouts will run from September 28 through October 7. Anyone interested in coaching A hockey can pick up an application from Trent Boak or Greg Phair. The deadline for applications is Saturday, September 23. Flin Flon Minor Hockey's new website address is www.flinflonminorhockey.com. A format to run the Flin Flon house league in conjunction with The Pas house league is currently in the planning stages and details will be released once the plans are finalized.
