Last Friday, November 9, at the Bomber home game against the Yorkton Terriers, the Bomber Booster Club raffled off two special Support Our Troops sticks. With tickets being $2 each, one buck was put on the stick while the other was put in a pot to go toward the Bombers. Billet coordinator Karen Bettger, along with other members of the Booster Club, sold about 180 tickets on each stick. "The money raised will be going towards the Bombers some how," says Bettger. "It could be a Christmas present or go towards the parents weekend, but it will benefit the players directly." Ken Jackson won the signed player's stick while Darrell Petrash won the goalie stick.
